The High Elves are slightly more secluded than the Forest Elves.  They are sometimes viewed as arrogant to outsiders, but they do not care.  High Elves almost never live with other races, and even separate themselves from other Elf species.  They are a very beautiful race of people, and they often don't let those around them forget it.  Most High Elves study magic obsessively.  High Elves can have a pale gray skin.
